These Terms of Use regulate the use of the services offered by Synorum Teknoloji A.S. (“Synorum” or the “Company”), operating at https://museon.academy. By accessing the platform or creating a membership, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Parties

• Service Provider: Synorum Teknoloji A.S., [Company Address], Istanbul, Turkiye
• User: The natural or legal person who accesses the platform or creates a membership

2. Scope of Services

The MuseOn Academy platform offers the following services:

• Digital content sales: Sheet music, books, online courses and digital materials
• Event ticketing: Concert, masterclass, workshop and exhibition tickets
• Consultancy and mentorship: One-on-one music consultancy services
• Platform membership: Access to artist profiles, media content and educational resources

3. Membership Conditions

• To become a member, you must be over 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal representative.
• The information provided during registration must be accurate, up-to-date and complete.
• Each user may open only one account; the account cannot be transferred to another person.
• The user is responsible for account security; the password must be kept confidential.
• In the event that suspicious account activity is detected, Synorum may temporarily suspend the account.

4. Purchase and Payment

• All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (₺) and VAT included.
• Payments are carried out securely through the infrastructure of iyzico Odeme Hizmetleri A.S.
• Credit card installment options may vary depending on campaign conditions.
• Order confirmation is sent by e-mail after the payment is successfully completed.
• Synorum reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5. Digital Content License

The purchased digital content (sheet music, course, material, etc.) is licensed for personal use. The user:

• May not share, reproduce or use the content for commercial purposes with third parties.
• May not republish the content on different platforms.
• May not remove or alter copyright notices.
• May not use technical methods aimed at copying the content or circumventing download restrictions.

6. Event Tickets

• Purchased tickets are, as a rule, non-refundable (unless otherwise stated on the event page).
• In the event that the event is cancelled by Synorum, the ticket price is refunded.
• The ticket may only be used by the ticket holder; it cannot be transferred to third parties.
• Event information (venue, time, etc.) may be changed with prior notice.

7. User Obligations

Users are obliged to refrain from the following behaviors:

• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform or damaging the system
• Publishing false, misleading or harmful content
• Sharing content that violates the rights of others
• Sending spam, advertising or unsolicited commercial messages
• Activities that would harm the commercial interests of the platform
• Collecting data with automated bots or scraping tools

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (logo, text, images, video, audio recordings) belongs to Synorum Teknoloji A.S. or the relevant content providers and is protected by intellectual property law. Copying, reproducing or distributing the content without written permission is prohibited.

9. Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability

• Synorum may temporarily suspend the service due to maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical problems.
• Synorum’s liability is limited in the case of failures arising from third-party platforms (payment, e-mail, cloud, etc.).
• Synorum cannot be held responsible for damages arising from incorrect information shared by the user.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

In the event that you violate these terms, Synorum Teknoloji A.S. may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. Refund rights regarding actively purchased content are reserved.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Turkiye. In disputes, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

Synorum may update these terms. Significant changes are notified upon login to the platform and/or by e-mail. Continuing to use the platform after a change means that you accept the new terms.
