Cancellation and Refund Policy

As Synorum Teknoloji A.S., we prioritize customer satisfaction. This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights regarding the products and services you purchase through the MuseOn Academy platform, within the framework of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Digital Content (Sheet Music, Online Course, Digital Material)

1.1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for content provided in digital format for which delivery has begun, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, provided that the consumer has consented and declared that they waive the right of withdrawal.

By checking the confirmation box during the purchase transaction, you have made this declaration.

1.2. Exception: Technical Error or Wrong Content

If the purchased digital content cannot be accessed or the content is significantly different from what is stated in the description, you may request a refund within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.

2. Physical Products (Sheet Music Book, Printed Material)

• The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging and undamaged.
• The return shipping cost is covered by Synorum if the product is defective, and by the user in other cases.
• After the refund is approved, the payment is refunded to the original payment method within the legal period.

3. Event Tickets (Concert, Masterclass, Workshop)

If the event is cancelled by Synorum	100% refund
If the event is postponed and you cannot attend	100% refund

4. Consultancy and Mentorship Services

• No fee is charged for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session date.
• For cancellations with less than 48 hours remaining, 50% of the session fee is refunded.
• No refund is made after the session has taken place.
• In case of an excuse by the artist or consultant, the session is rescheduled free of charge.

5. Refund Process

1. Submit your refund request to destek@museon.academy or via the Contact page.
2. State your order number and the reason for the refund.
3. Your request is evaluated within 2 business days and you are informed.
4. Approved refunds are reflected to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Defective Product or Service

Within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, for a defective product or service you have the right to request one of the following options: free repair, replacement with a new one, price reduction, or rescission of the contract.
