Delivery Policy
As Synorum Teknoloji A.S., we offer different types of products and services through the MuseOn Academy platform. The delivery process for each product type is explained in detail below.
1. Digital Content (Sheet Music, Online Course, Digital Material)
1.1. Delivery Method
Digital content is automatically assigned to your account after your payment is confirmed and/or a download link is sent to your registered e-mail address.
1.2. Delivery Time
- Instant access: Usually within a few minutes after payment confirmation
- Maximum time: 24 hours (during busy periods or technical disruptions)
1.3. Access Conditions
- To access digital content, you must log in with your registered account on the platform.
- Content can be accessed from the My Account > My Orders section.
- Download links are valid for 30 days; the content can be downloaded up to 3 times within this period.
2. Physical Products (Printed Sheet Music, Book)
2.1. Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time — within Turkiye: 2–5 business days
- For international orders, delivery time and cost are notified separately.
2.2. Shipping Fee
- Shipping is free for orders of ₺500 and above.
- For orders under ₺500, the shipping fee is displayed at the payment step.
2.3. Delivery Address
Your order is delivered to the address you specified during purchase. To change the address before it is shipped, please write to destek@museon.academy.
3. Event Tickets (Concert, Masterclass, Workshop)
3.1. Digital Ticket Delivery
- Tickets are sent as a PDF to your registered e-mail address after payment confirmation.
- They can also be accessed from the My Account > My Events section.
- The QR code on the ticket will be scanned at the event entrance.
3.2. Ticket Delivery Time
- Delivered by e-mail within 2 hours at the latest after payment confirmation.
- If the e-mail does not arrive, please check your spam/junk folder.
- If the problem persists, please write to destek@museon.academy.
4. Consultancy and Mentorship Services
- After purchase, the Synorum team contacts you within 1 business day to set the session date and time.
- Session details and the connection link are sent by e-mail.
- Sessions may take place via video conference (Zoom/Google Meet) or in person; the preference must be specified during purchase.
5. Delivery Problems
If you have not received your product within the specified time, please follow these steps:
- Check your e-mail inbox and spam folder.
- Check your order status from the My Account > My Orders section.
- If the problem persists, write to destek@museon.academy, stating your order number.
Our support team responds within 24 hours on business days.
