KVKK Disclosure Statement
This disclosure statement has been prepared by Synorum Teknoloji A.S. pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), in order to inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Creating a membership registration and account management
- Delivery of purchased products, event tickets and digital content
- Carrying out payment transactions and issuing invoices
- Managing cancellation, refund and complaint processes
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax legislation, commercial law, etc.)
- Providing customer service and support
- Ensuring platform security and preventing fraud
- With your explicit consent: personalized content recommendations and sending commercial electronic messages
4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Within the scope of KVKK Article 5, your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:
- Establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): Purchase transaction and provision of the service
- Fulfillment of a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-c): Tax and accounting records, legal notifications
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): Platform security, fraud prevention and improving service quality
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): Marketing communication, analytical profiling and marketing cookies
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK and only to the extent necessary, your personal data may be shared with the following parties:
- iyzico Odeme Hizmetleri A.S.: For the purpose of carrying out payment transactions
- E-mail and notification service providers: For the purpose of order confirmation and communication
- Cloud infrastructure and analytics service providers: For the purpose of technically providing the service (within a KVKK-compliant data processing agreement)
- Authorized public institutions and organizations: In case of legal obligation
Your personal data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about your processed data
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with its purpose
- To learn the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request the correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed data
- To request the deletion or destruction of the data within the conditions stipulated in KVKK
- To request that correction and deletion operations be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred
- To object to a result arising against you as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
- To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of data

Your applications will be answered within 30 (thirty) days at the latest pursuant to KVKK Article 13. Fulfilling requests is, as a rule, free of charge; however, if the request requires an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board is taken as the basis.
8. Right to Complain to the Personal Data Protection Board
In the event that your application is rejected, the response given is found insufficient, or no response is given within the specified time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
