Erhan Can Derecicek

Born in Kars in 1993, the artist began his professional music education at the Bursa Uludag University State Conservatory and successfully graduated from the String Instruments/Violin department of the same institution.
Specializing in the violin, the artist can also play the piano. He is also known for his educator side, in which he has valuable knowledge and experience. Having two violin methods titled ‘Everyone Can Play the Violin’ 1 and 2, the artist has brought his experience in the field, blended with his identity as an author, to music lovers across the country.
He has advocated the wholeness and interdisciplinary nature of art, and in this context has appeared before audiences many times with theater music he has composed and with important theater companies, and has taken his place at arts festivals.
He is also one of the founders, the administrative coordinator and a violin artist of the ensemble titled ‘The Violins of the City.’ He has also served for many years on the coordination and planning team of a very important education program at the national and international level, CAKA (Cihat Aşkın and His Little Friends).
The artist continues his artistic life as an educator-author, composer and violin artist.
