Museon Academy is a digital platform that offers comprehensive services in music education, events, and artist management. You can find many services under one roof, including online courses, live events, and the sale of sheet music and books.

Signing up is quite simple:

1. Click the “Sign Up” button on the homepage
2. Enter your name, email address, and password
3. Accept the terms of use
4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address
5. Your account will be active!

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer/EFT and cash-on-delivery options are also available.

For cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event date, a 100% refund is issued. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund is provided. Cancellation is not possible on the day of the event. For details, you can review our Return Policy page.

For video loading issues, you can try the following:

On the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link and enter your email address. We will send you a password reset link. This link is valid for 24 hours.

After each purchase, your invoice is automatically sent to your email address. You can also access your past invoices from the “My Account > My Orders” section.

After purchasing your online event ticket, a join link is sent to your email address 30 minutes before the event start time. You can also access it from the “My Account > My Events” section.

You can access Museon Academy from computers, tablets, and smartphones. Our platform supports all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). In addition, our mobile app for iOS and Android will be released soon.

You can use the “Delete Account” option on the account settings page. Alternatively, you can submit your request by sending an email to destek@museonacademy.com. Account deletion cannot be undone.

For digital products (sheet music, courses, etc.), a full refund is issued within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been accessed. For physical products, returns are accepted within 14 days in their original packaging. Special return conditions apply to event tickets.

Yes, at least 48 hours before the event starts, you can transfer your ticket to someone else from the “My Account > My Tickets” section. The transfer is free of charge and can only be done once.

To open PDF files, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar PDF reader program. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free. On mobile devices, you can use your device’s default PDF reader.

For audio problems, follow the steps below:

• • If you are using headphones, check the connection
