Can I cancel after purchasing a ticket?

For cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event date, a 100% refund is issued. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund is provided. Cancellation is not possible on the day of the event. For details, you can review our Return Policy page.
