Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been drawn up within the framework of the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and is established between Synorum Teknoloji A.S. (“Seller”) and the Buyer using the MuseOn Academy platform.

Buyer

The user who becomes a member of the platform or carries out a purchase transaction (name, e-mail and delivery address are specified in the order form).

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT AND SCOPE

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale of the following products and/or services that the Buyer orders electronically at https://museon.academy:

• Digital content (sheet music, online course, e-book, digital material)
• Physical products (printed sheet music, book)
• Event tickets (concert, masterclass, workshop, exhibition)
• Consultancy and mentorship services

ARTICLE 3 – ORDER AND PAYMENT

• The order is finalized when the Buyer makes a selection on the platform and completes the payment.
• Payment is carried out securely through the infrastructure of iyzico Odeme Hizmetleri A.S.
• All prices are stated in Turkish Lira (₺), VAT included.
• Order confirmation is automatically sent to the Buyer’s registered e-mail address.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

• Digital content: Delivered digitally immediately after payment confirmation or within 24 hours at the latest.
• Physical products: Shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; estimated domestic delivery within Turkiye is 2–5 business days.
• Event tickets: Delivered by e-mail within 2 hours at the latest after payment confirmation.
• Consultancy services: An appointment is scheduled within 1 business day after purchase and notified to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal May Be Exercised

For physical products, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice is made in writing to destek@museon.academy.

5.2. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Content provided in digital format for which delivery has begun (provided that the Buyer has given prior consent and declared that they waive the right of withdrawal)
• Content or services prepared specifically for the individual
• Consultancy/mentorship services whose session date has passed or has taken place
• Tickets for events that have taken place or are upcoming (subject to the periods in the refund policy)

ARTICLE 6 – WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE GOODS

Within the scope of the relevant provisions of Law No. 6502, for a defective product or service the Buyer may exercise one of the following rights: free repair, replacement with a new one, price reduction, or rescission of the contract.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer’s personal data is processed within the scope of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Statement.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Consumer courts or Consumer Arbitration Committees may be applied to.
• The application limit for the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee is updated each year by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
• Applicable law: Law of the Republic of Turkiye
• Competent court: Istanbul

ARTICLE 9 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

This Agreement enters into force mutually when the Buyer checks the “I have read and accept the Distance Sales Agreement” box at the order confirmation step and completes the payment.
